TerraTrekker, founded by Garrett Porterfield, is a small ecotourism travel business based out of The Plains, Virginia, USA. TerraTrekker stands out from the many larger travel agents and “green” tourism sites because we offer a more intimate planning process and stay involved throughout the process. We offer fewer destinations because we feel it is important to build a relationship with a local community and that is done so by staying connected more frequently.
