Paru Creek Rainforest Hike: If you are feeling adventurous, a rainforest experience like no other awaits! Begin by hiking through lowland rainforest to find two resident howler monkey troops who call the forest home. Then, plunge into a cool creek and quietly float under the rainforest canopy, the silence broken only by the chatter of parrots and the distant rumbling of howler monkeys overhead.

Pico Baltimore Multi-Day Trek: This invigorating two-day overnight trek takes you into the towering forest of the Pico Baltimore mountain range. The hike is a fantastic opportunity to see wildlife and spectacular views of Ibans Lagoon & the Caribbean Ocean.
